1.Terminy realizacji zamówień:

ORDERS OF AVAILABLE ARTICLES:

Jeweller’s Gallery carries out orders of “available articles* only and the ordered articles are dispatched within 48 hours. The size of the available ring can be changed** upon customer’s request without any additional costs. Execution term: 3 working days.

SPECIAL ORDERS:

It is possible to carry out an order for wedding rings on an express basis within 48 – 96 hours, which entails an increase in the order value by 100%. (please make a remark: SPECIAL ORDER! upon placing your order).

WEDDING RINGS:

Order execution time for wedding rings 14 working days***. Order execution time for certain special designs or wedding rings may be extended, even up to 20 working days.

The delivery time is counted from the date of payment to our account.

* assortment displayed on the website except for wedding rings!
** one-time service of change of the available size of a ring except where the customer wrongly specifies the size of the ring!
*** working day: from Monday to Friday.

2. Payment modes

An advance payment into the bank account or payment is upon delivery (except for wedding rings).
If you make an advance payment it is IMPORTANT to provide the necessary details i.e. an order number (it will facilitate data verification and speed up shipping).
NOTE! Dispatches of the total value up to PLN 100.00 shall be forwarded only subject to an advance payment into our account.
3. Shipping charges and methods of delivery:
The form of delivery depends on the option selected by you when completing the purchase process.

Depending on the value of the purchase, shipping charges are as follows:
Up to PLN 300.00 – POCZTA POLSKA [Polish Post Office]: PLN 10.00 advance payment into the account, PLN 15.00 payment upon delivery.
Up to PLN 300.00 – FORWARDING COMPANY: PLN 20.00 advance payment into our account, PLN 25.00 payment upon delivery (delivery within 24 hours)
PLN 300.00 and over – POCZTA POLSKA [Polish Post Office] SHIPPING FREE* (only advanced payment)
PLN 300.00 and over - FORWARDING COMPANY: PLN 15.00 advance payment into our account, PLN 25.00 payment upon delivery (delivery within 24 hours).

4. Shipping:

Shipping process starts upon order confirmation, selecting shipping option and payment method.
5. Claims and Warranty / Proprietary Certificate of Authenticity:

The purchased articles may be returned within 10 days provided that they do not have any traces of use or mechanical damage, transparent foil used for packing the product has not been removed so it would be possible to confirm the compliance with the order (NOTE: engraved items made to special order may not be returned pursuant to art. 10 point 4 of the Consumer Rights Protection Act of March 2, 2002). Jeweller’s Gallery does not accept returns of the special order jewellery, either. The claimed items should be sent back with the receipt and a certificate of authenticity/ warranty. In case of returns of jewellery containing precious gems, the relevant item will be checked by an expert (along with the certificate confirming the quality of gems/ diamond certificate). A written statement of waiver should be enclosed with the return dispatch (ask: info@galeriajubilerska.pl). Written statement cannot differ from the one sent by the Jeweller’s Gallery Team. Jeweller’s Gallery guarantees a refund subject to meeting the foregoing conditions. Then the whole amount minus transport costs will be returned by bank transfer to the indicated bank account.

Jewellery purchased is subject to exchange within 10 days from the date of purchase. Jeweller’s Gallery Team allows exchange of not used jewellery upon prior consent of the gallery employees. In the event the product has a manufacturing defect the complaint will be accepted and the product will be repaired or it will be possible to replace it with other product. The purchased jewellery may not be returned unless the fault is on our part and you have been delivered a different product, not the one you have ordered. If you receive a defective product (manufacturer’s fault), the claim shall be accepted. Such item shall be repaired or replaced.

6. Personal data protection:
Processing of personal information is regulated by the Personal Data Protection Act (Journal of Laws from 1997, No. 133 item 833) of August 29, 1997.

7. Loss of warranty:
Please be advised that jewellery repair or any alterations made by other jewellers result in
warranty loss.
8 Prices:
All quoted prices are gross prices. They are subject to adjustment* depending on the weight of a
given product or the kind of gem stones**.

* in case of some wedding rings (see description of an item)
** refers to diamonds

9. Discounts:

Jeweller’s Gallery will make every effort to guarantee 100% customer’s satisfaction with
the purchase on our website and the discount will be awarded for all purchases as follows:

10. Cancellation of the order :
The order may be cancelled both by the customer (without stating a reason) and by the Jeweller’s Gallery within 10 days. The Jeweller’s Gallery has the right to cancel the order only in justified cases: -in case of lack of special order confirmation, which may raise doubts – upon the Jeweller’s call; - in case of no contact with the customer (when all possible ways of contacting the customer fail) – after an arrangement with the customer that the order will be cancelled for other reasons.

11. Size / length adjustment:

It is possible to alter the size of rings, wedding rings, chains and bracelets. The alterations are agreed individually for each item.

12. Other:

The products offered by the Jeweller’s Gallery online-store is not an offer under provisions of the Civil Code, therefore placing an order by the customer shall not be interpreted as immediately effecting a purchase contract with the customer. By filling in the order form the customer expresses his intention to purchase a specified product. All products on sale in our Gallery are brand new, free from any physical and legal defects and have been lawfully introduced into the Polish marketed. All items offered by us come with hallmarks applicable to gold and silver within the territory of the Republic of Poland approved by the Central Assay Office (Journal of Laws No. 55/1993, item 249 – Hallmarking Law) and in the European Union.

13. Bulletin:

I agree to the processing of my personal data for providing me with the offers of an online store Shop online, in the form of the Bulletin sent to my e-mail address, in accordance with the Act of 29 August 1997 on the Protection of Personal Data (uniform text J. of L. 02.101.926 as amended).

14. Personal data:

All rights to the image of this page as well as materials (photos and descriptions) appearing on the page are reserved.
